governance roundtable

The Governance Roundtable is an intensive approach to helping not-for-profit leaders - senior staff and board officers - increase their capacity for:

  • leading their organizations as effective, visionary 'change managers',
  • building and managing an effective governing board,
  • increasing fundraising through relational donor cultivation, and
  • strategically communicating with key constituents in support of the organization's mission.

What sets the Roundtable experience apart from other leadership development programs?

  • A diverse cohort of peer staff and trustees to provide support, shared learning, and accountability
  • Learning over time through a series of informative seminars held over a 12-month period
  • A distinguished faculty of experts in different aspects of not-for-profit governance
  • Custom curriculum designed to meet the specific needs and capabilities of each participant
  • Interim 1:1 meetings with Episcopal Charities' staff as participants implement new learning and practices, and
  • Clear, measurable outcomes.
