Partner Agencies

Every year since its founding in 1960, Episcopal Charities and Community Services makes annual grants to its partner agencies. ECCS’ grants are especially valued because they are for general operating support, providing the resources agencies use to ensure excellence in their ministries. The average grant in 2007 was $62,000. Over the past ten years, ECCS has granted nearly $6,000,000 to partner agencies in unrestricted support and an additional $7,000,000 in donor-designated funds and special project funding through the State of Illinois. ECCS continues to be the largest single donor of general operating grants for its partner agencies. Episcopal Charities does not accept unsolicited requests for funding.
